Booking fee charge at the time of booking is non-refundable, but, it is transferable. If you would like to cancel but have someone else take your appointment slot, please contact us directly. If you need to cancel completely, you will simply forfeit the deposit. Any deposit made and appointment is canceled the deposit is simply forfeited, it will not apply to future appointments should you change your mind.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, there must be a 48 hours minimum notice, rescheduling the appointment will limit you to the next available appointment.

If for inevitable reasons we need to reschedule with you, we will be in touch with you directly to reschedule to the next soonest possible appointment.

If you need to reschedule your touch-up, please keep in mind rescheduling will put it at the next available appointment date. If this exceeds your 6-8 weeks time frame, it will be considered your maintenance touch-up and will be a service fee. (Please see pricing guide)

If you will be running late, please contact us before your appointment to notify me. If you will be running more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to the next available time. Please be advised late arrival may interfere with other appointments.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone. This also applies if you are already here for your appointment.
